Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Mosher you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old to use Mosher.

2. The service

Mosher is a social network for live music fans. We provide tools to discover gigs, share reviews, connect with other fans, and manage your live music history. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate information at registration.
• One account per person. Do not create accounts on behalf of others without their consent.
• You must not impersonate any person or entity.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Post content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, threatening, obscene, or hateful.
• Post content that infringes any third-party intellectual property rights.
• Spam, scrape, or automate access to the service without permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service.
• Use the service to distribute malware or conduct phishing attacks.
• Post content depicting or promoting child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Violations will be reported to the relevant authorities.

5. Your content and media

You retain ownership of any content you post, including photos, videos, written reviews, and comments ("Content"). By posting Content to Mosher, you confirm and agree that:

• You own the Content, or have obtained all rights and permissions necessary to upload and share it, and that doing so does not infringe any third party's rights.
• You grant Mosher a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable licence to use, reproduce, adapt, display, distribute, and create derivative works from your Content, in any format and through any medium, for the purposes of operating, promoting, and marketing the service.
• This licence includes the right to use your Content in future promotional, marketing, and advertising activities, in any media now known or later developed, without further notice to or consent from you.
• You will not receive any payment, royalty, fee, credit, or other compensation of any kind for Mosher's use of your Content, now or at any time in the future.
• This licence continues even if you later delete your account or remove the Content, in respect of any use already made or material already prepared before removal.

6. Mosher+

Mosher+ is a paid subscription providing additional features. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through Settings → Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are at our discretion except where required by law.

7. Content moderation

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines, and to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate them, without prior notice in serious cases.

8. Intellectual property

The Mosher name, logo, and all original platform content are owned by us. You may not use our branding without written permission.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Gig information is user-submitted and may be inaccurate — always verify with official sources before travelling.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes

We will notify you of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
